Terms and Conditions

Damages/breakages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so they can be investigated. Any deliveries arranged by us will be kerbside only unless specifically agreed in advance. Prices quoted remain effective only for 10 days. All goods supplied are subject to our conditions of sale. A 30% restoking charge will be applied to all returns. Special order/custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded. All items must be in perfect condition for return and fit for resale. All returns will be dealt with by means of a credit note or refund cheque. Cash refunds will not be given in any circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please provide original documentation for all returns. Please note, cheques and draft banks take 7 working days to clear. Please note, designs completed by us are given in good faith as guidelines only and we do not accept any responsibility for either their accuracy, suitability or anything else. Woods are natural materials with inherent variations in colour, tonal makings and surface textures.

Retention of Title: Responsibility for the goods which are the subject of this invoice passes at the time of shipment. Title to these goods passes upon receipt of cleared funds.
