WHERE DO WE DELIVER TO?
Wilde Interiors can facilitate delivery to any Southern and Northern Irish Address.
HOW DO WE DELIVER OUR FURNITURE?
Wilde Interiors offer 2 delivery options as follows:
Option 1 – White Glove Service (Delivery and Installation)
Wilde Interiors offers a “white glove” delivery service to our customers. This team of specially trained movers are equipped to handle all products with the care they deserve and require. The moving team will unpack the products for inspection, assembly items if required (hanging of mirrors/pictures not included in this service) and take packaging away.
The moving team will also take care of everything including freight related issues (insurance cover, loss and damage).
Option 2 – Delivery (Small and Large parcels)
For small parcels delivery we use UPS tracked parcel mail up to 30kg.
For bigger items we deliver by Pallet courier service with direct kerbside drop.
Please note that Wilde Interiors requires that all products be paid in full before delivery can be arranged.
COLLECTING PRODUCTS
Products purchased from Wilde Interiors can be collected from the Kildare warehouses or showrooms upon request.
Products collected from the warehouse must be inspected upon collection, as once they are collected we will consider the products to have been received in good order and condition.
Please note that products being collected from the warehouse are required to be paid for in full.
Some customers may prefer to organise private couriers to collect their pieces. Couriers will need to bring a completed consignment to the warehouse for collection. Wilde Interiors accept no responsibility regarding freight related issues when using an external courier, once the products have left the warehouse.
